Expertly modelled here by my brother Shannon, the socks also fit Alan (!), and are a good barrier for the chilly winds that have started blowing around here.

I was so excited to get it! I must admit to being a bit intimidated at the intricacy of the cabling, but they’re so lovely, and I know the pattern is very well written, so I’m sure I’ll survive. I have some yarn picked out and am so looking forward to making these for my dad’s Father’s Day gift. That gives me until June to finish, so I think I can!!
